Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin-Raisin Sauce
Raisins lift this Oriental sauce to new levels when served with roast pork.

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. hoisin sauce*
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili sauce with garlic*
- 1/2 c. California golden raisins
- PROCEDURE
- Roast pork on rack in shallow pan in a 425°F oven for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 160°F. Stir remaining ingredients together in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Slice pork and place on serving plate; pour sauce over pork.
