Waldorf Salad
The really, truly traditional salad served at the Waldorf Hotel.

- INGREDIENTS
- 3 c. unpeeled diced apple
- 1 c. California raisins
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. salad dressing of choice
- Salt, to taste
- Lettuce
- PROCEDURE
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce and toss lightly. Serve chilled on bed of crisp lettuce.
