Golden State Stuffing
Stuff all your poultry and chops with this delicious raisin filling.

- INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 c. California raisins
- 1-1/2 c. chopped fresh apple
- 1 pkg. (7 ounces) herb seasoned crouton stuffing
- 1-1/2 c. chicken stock
- PROCEDURE
- Sauté celery and onion in butter until tender. Combine in large bowl with raisins, apple and stuffing. Add chicken stock, a little at a time to moisten as desired. Stuff poultry, pork chops, or bake in greased casserole at 325°F for 45 minutes.
