Favorite Carrot Salad

Just toss carrots, raisins, celery and nuts with dressing for a quick supper salad.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1-1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. California raisins
  • 1/2 c. finely sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
PROCEDURE
Combine carrots, raisins, celery and nuts. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise and salt. Mix lightly with carrot mixture. Chill.
