Favorite Carrot Salad
Just toss carrots, raisins, celery and nuts with dressing for a quick supper salad.

- INGREDIENTS
- 1-1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. California raisins
- 1/2 c. finely sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- PROCEDURE
- Combine carrots, raisins, celery and nuts. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise and salt. Mix lightly with carrot mixture. Chill.
