California Raisin Raita

Indian inspired yogurt salad with California Raisins and Feta cheese.

  • Serves:
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cucumber; halved, seeded and diced
  • 1 c. yogurt
  • 3/4 c. California golden raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. ras al-hanout
  • 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese, drained
  • 1/4 c. diced red onion
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. chopped scallion
  • 1 tsp. diced jalapeno
PROCEDURE
In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Note: Ras al-hanout is a blend of Indian spices available at specially stores.
