Indian inspired yogurt salad with California Raisins and Feta cheese.

- INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber; halved, seeded and diced
- 1 c. yogurt
- 3/4 c. California golden raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ras al-hanout*
- 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese, drained
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. chopped scallion
- 1 tsp. diced jalapeno
- PROCEDURE
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
