Sour Cream Raisin Cookies
The perfect pairing -- raisins and sour cream in scrumptious cookies.

- INGREDIENTS
- 2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. California raisins
- PROCEDURE
- Reserve 1 cup flour, then combine all other ingredients except raisins in large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in remaining flour and raisins by hand, until blended. Cover; refrigerate and chill at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. - Nutrition Information (per serving)
